You have no reason to be protective of me (other than the fact that you’re in love with me, obviously), but you choose to be.
You choose to care.
You choose to be there.
You choose to be on my team & on my side.
This means the world to me.
There is no man I trust more than you to defend me.
What’s different about you is that I know you would take action proactively.
You wouldn’t need me to reach out & ask for help; instead, you’d do so automatically.
I know I am always on your mind. Your love for me is extraordinary. In many ways, for so many reasons, I'm in awe of you.
