my Achilles Heel is co-dependency.
my Achilles Heel is letting myself rely on people who consistently cannot or will not be there for me in the ways that I need & using this to reinforce a childhood core belief that NO ONE CAN.
I know this is BS.
I choose to relinquish it.

I feel like even more of a whirlwind than usual & I fucking love it. it feels expansive & exciting. I'm alive & receptive in a way that I wasn't--couldn’t be-- before. it's fun, joyful & enlivening. I cherish every moment. I enjoy the flow.
